What began as blind faith or luck of the draw, you ended up sitting in my chair.

Whether it was one time or once a week, I strive to build trust and rapport from the rip; To understand your wants and needs. It goes beyond the depths of the strands of hair upon your head.

I listen, I empathize, I encourage, I consult, i educate, I care, I share realistic goals, tips and tricks.
I don’t sell, I don’t push, I don’t promise.
I try like hell to deliver for each person, for every time they sit in my chair.

Some connections happen instant, some take time. I meet you where you’re at.
It’s a combination of skill and character.
It’s a special bond which allows for far more than most jobs can offer.

I get paid for a service but beyond the monetary value I’m gifted with far more! Real human connection, friendship and constant opportunities for personal growth.

You see, over the years I have met so many different souls from all walks of life. Sure my hair skills have improved with practice and continued education. But what’s even cooler is the personal growth I’ve experienced! Remaining fluid, open-minded and inclusion for all has rewarded me more than which any value could be applied.
So for that I want to express massive thanks and gratitude to you all! You know and I know it goes beyond the depths of “just a hair appointment”

As I prepare for this next chapter, just know how much each and every one of you has meant to me and impacted my life. It’s emotional on both sides.
My last day of doing hair in little old Englewood is fast approaching but not set in stone as we are awaiting confirmation on the closing date of our home being sold.
I will be personally reaching out to everyone on my schedule whose appointments will be affected.

Sometimes it’s not about the destination, but more about the journey.
Trust the Process.
Have Faith in the Unknown.
Remain fluid to pivot through peaks and valleys.
Don’t let the fears of the future steal your present joys.
Be Grateful.
Remain Humble.
Be optimistic.
Focus on the Good.
Go with the Flow.
Be willing to compromise and sacrifice to achieve your next goal… not sure what your next goal is? That’s okay! Keep it simple, perhaps Inner Peace or Happiness. Maybe it’s a DIY project, vacation, time with family, career goal, fitness endeavor, good conversations with good people, etc…
Refocus.
Gain Clarity.
Research.
Pursue.
Have Faith everything will work out!

2025 is bringing a lot of change into my life. I’ve been stressed beyond and shed many tears the past few months.

I’ve been resisting it yet adjusting my sails the best I can to get through it.

From hurricanes, to closing my salon, my body suffering from recent kidney stones, 3 spinal compression fractures, the lack of physical activity I’m used to hasn’t helped mentally either… Closing our other business and now in the process of selling our home to relocate… it’s been a lot to say the least.

I’m tired, yet persevering daily.
I don’t have all the answers to questions people are asking me. Each new day brings forth new answers or ideas of what the next may look like.

Taking the path of least resistance and reminding myself everything will be ok.

In the mean time I am still taking clients and will disclose information as I get it if/when it will affect
appointments scheduled.
