🌟 Excited to share that our research paper, *"Nutritional Knowledge, Attitudes, and Practices among Elite Young Taekwondo Athletes: A Cross-Sectional KAP Study,"* has been published!
This work explores the vital role nutrition plays in the performance and well-being of young elite athletes, shedding light on their knowledge, attitudes, and practices in this critical area. We hope this study contributes meaningful insights to the fields of sports science and athlete development.
A heartfelt thank you to my incredible co-authors for their collaboration, expertise, and dedication throughout this journey. This accomplishment was only possible because of our shared efforts and commitment.
