Consolidated Financial Results for the First Quarter Ended June 30, 2026

Outline
・In the first quarter, sales increased in both Brand Business segments compared to the
same period of the last fiscal year. Operating profit declined due to the significant
impact of higher component prices and the weaker yen.

Operating loss in Display Device narrowed, while sales decreased.

・Although Sharp’s net sales and profits decreased, operating profit exceeded the fourth
quarter of fiscal 2025. Bottom-line profit remained profitable.

・The equity ratio increased to the 20% range for the first time since the third quarter of
fiscal 2022.

・Full-year financial results forecast was revised to reflect the impact of rising resin and
fuel prices, as well as a change in foreign exchange rate forecast.
