つながるだけでなく、外国人と日本人が互いに成長し合える関係を築くことで、札幌からグローバル人材を育て、札幌の国際化を図ります。
札幌に住みながらにして、『世界と出会い、世界とつながり、世界を学ぶことができるコミュニティ』であるとともに、外国人にとって、『札幌を第二の故郷と感じられる場所』にすることを目指して、“LEARN” “INNOVATE” “DREAM” “CREATE” をテーマに幅広く活動しています。
