Dear international travelers to Japan💛

Looking to recharge after a long flight to Japan or a full day of sightseeing?
Take a refreshing break with a body therapy unlike anything you've experienced before.

Just a 7-minute walk from Meiji Jingu Shrine and JR Harajuku Station, we offer a unique Japanese body therapy called Samurai Zero Balancing Therapy – a gentle, non-invasive method that helps your body feel lighter, calmer, and more at ease.

It’s not a massage. It’s not chiropractic care.
This technique releases deep tension naturally – without force or pressure.
Blending rare techniques passed down from Japanese martial arts masters with our original approach based on Osteopathic Counterstrain, this therapy creates profound relaxation and a Zen-like clarity that goes far beyond typical bodywork.

This video (in Japanese) introduces a method to relax the psoas major muscle.
It takes an approach opposite to traditional stretching - instead of stretching the muscle you want to loosen, you deliberately take a position that makes the muscle slack, which helps return it to its natural softness.
Tense muscles are constantly trying to contract.
By temporarily allowing this contraction, the muscle essentially gets what it wants and stops trying to tighten further.
