Traveling solo for me was never anything new. I’ve come to enjoy these times and solitude. I know it’s nerve wrecking at times but honestly I’m more afraid of letting life happening to me than me actually living my life.

Anyway, I just want to share this beautiful place that I went to not to long ago. It’s was such a gorgeous museum in Saitama.

So this has been my dinner the past few weeks. I’ve been going to the コンビニ (convent store) and buying おにぎり(rice ball)。

This was one of my biggest trip by myself across the ocean. Little did I know that this was just going to be the start of my exploration into a bigger world.

First time I tried to make crab wontons or crab Rangoon. It was delicious! I'm glad I made extra so I could eat them. I'm grateful for those who ate them. Just know if you’ve gotten a chance to eat my food it meansI love that you.

What is a new dish you picked up?

Also for the crab Rangoon I add more crab meat inside because I like crab.
