I have a heart filled with gratitude......I don't know what word defines me best but I appreciate every little thing or event that happens.

What can I say.....even if someone comes to ask if I offer a certain service and I don't....if I know someone who does it I will refer you without feeling that I've left a customer go or that person is going to benefit more than me.

I don't like doing so many things at once or keep people waiting for me to serve them....if I'm overwhelmed I will let a client go and be served somewhere else to save them the guilt of thinking they've wronged me.

This thing us hairdressers do of overbooking or trying to do everything on our own I don't have that....God help me.....I'd rather do a good job on one client and get honest referrals than do five to ten clients a day and get bad ratings because of shoddy work.....that's my take.
