Today we celebrate the strength, sacrifice, and dedication of fathers — the men who work tirelessly to protect, provide, guide, and build a better future for their families.
As we honor our fathers, let us also remember and appreciate the single mothers who play both roles , raising, providing, guiding, and nurturing their children with strength, love, and dedication. Their sacrifices and commitment are truly inspiring.
As we celebrate this special day, let us also remember the responsibility we have to build a stronger Mwingi Central — a ward where every family has opportunities, our youth have hope, our children have a brighter future, and our community’s needs are heard and addressed.
Just like a parent never gives up on their family, I believe in standing with our people, listening to their concerns, and working together to bring meaningful development and progress to every corner of Mwingi Central.

As we mark this blessed occasion of sacrifice, faith, compassion, and unity, I extend my warmest wishes to you and your families. May this Eid bring peace, happiness, good health, and abundant blessings to every home.
Today, I also take this opportunity to recognize and appreciate the immense contribution of the Muslim community to the growth and development of our ward, particularly within Mwingi town. The Muslim community has been instrumental in shaping trade, business, enterprise, and social progress, and deserves recognition among the earliest pioneers and key drivers of Mwingi town’s economy.
As we continue building a stronger and more prosperous Mwingi Central Ward, leadership must embrace every community and every voice. I remain committed to ensuring that the Muslim community is fully incorporated within our leadership structures and actively involved in decision-making and policy formulation processes, because sustainable development can only be achieved through inclusivity and participation.
