10 THINGS TIME HAS TAUGHT ME
1. Most of our life is spent chasing false goals and worshipping false ideals. The day you realise that is the day you really start to live.
2. You really, truly cannot please all of the people all of the time. Please yourself first and your loved ones second, everyone else is busy pleasing themselves anyway, trust me.
3. Fighting the ageing process is like trying to catch the wind. Go with it, enjoy it. Your body is changing, but it always has been. Donāt waste time trying to reverse that, instead change your mindset to see the beauty in the new.
4. Nobody is perfect and nobody is truly happy with their lot. When that sinks in you are free of comparison and free of judgement. Itās truly liberating.
5. No one really sees what you do right, everyone sees what you do wrong. When that becomes clear to you, you will start doing things for the right reason and you will start having so much more fun.
6. You will regret the years you spent berating your looks, the sooner you can make peace with the vessel your soul lives in, the better. Your body is amazing and important but it does not define you.
7. Your health is obviously important but stress, fear and worry are far more damaging than any delicious food or drink you may deny yourself. Happiness and peace are the best medicine.
8. Who will remember you and for what, become important factors as you age. Your love and your wisdom will live on far longer than any material thing you can pass down. Tell your stories, they can travel farther than you can imagine.
9. We are not here for long but if you are living against the wind it can feel like a life-sentence. Life should not feel like a chore, it should feel like an adventure.
10. Always, always, drink the good champagne and use the things you keep for ābestā. Tomorrow is guaranteed to no one. Today is a gift thatās why we call it the present. Eat, Drink & Be Merry.

What life advice would you give to a 17-20 year-old?
Make it a goal to become self aware
I know that youāre young & youāll be evolving a lot over the next few years, but trust me, self awareness is a prerequisite for achieving anything amazing in any area of your life.
Self-awareness means being fully aware of the 'self' - yourself.
You as a person, as an individual, as a living, breathing, walking entity.
What you like or dislike is a very small part of that.
After 17 years of life, you have developed some patterns & personality.
It is essential that you know fully well what/who you are.
Know exactly who you are
Learn about yourself
Learn what works for you
Learn how you function
Study yourself
Test yourself
Learn why it works for you in every area of life & why it works for you.
If thereās one thing that being self-awareness will bring, itāll be clarity - in yourself & your life.
Whatās the #1 thing most teenagers & young adults struggle with during 16-26 years of age?
Clarity.
Clarity about who they are.
Clarity about what they want.
Clarity about what they want to do.
Clarity about where they are headed.
Not only are they never clear about stuff during that age, sometimes clarity is something that they struggle with all their lives.
This results in:
Choosing wrong subject/major to study for higher education
Choosing wrong professional field for your career
Choosing wrong people/group to hang out with
Choosing wrong partner to spend your life with
Choosing wrong habits & patterns
Choosing wrong places to live at
They donāt as much āchooseā these things for themselves as these things being āchosenā for them - by their parents, by society, by whatās currently popular, etc.
Hence, self awareness is the key; no matter which stage of life youāre at.
Being self-aware means knowing yourself inside out.
š Knowing your talents and powers, knowing your limitations and weaknesses.
š Knowing what your behavior, personality and character is like.

HOW TO BE ALWAYS HAPPY IN LIFE.
1.Always remember that there is nobody on this earth that does not have problems.
You are not the only one that has problems.
2. Challenges is part of life.
Only a dead man has no challenges.
3. There is no problem that has no solution.
There are solutions to the pains you are passing through.
4. The way you picture yourself in your mind can affect your happiness.
Picture yourself as a valuable and beautiful person.
Avoid low self esteem and inferiority complex.
5. Do not mind about what people say about you.
Some people are sadists.
They can just say somethings just to make you feel sad.
6. Make friends with reasonable people who make you happy.
Do not make friends with people who make jest of you or laugh at you over your challenges.
7. At your leisure time, keep yourself busy with your favorite hobbies like sports, games, watching movies, surfing the internet, playing computer games, etc.
8. Do not allow anyone to intimidate you with money and material things.
A poor man today can become rich tomorrow.
Change is constant.
9. No matter what you are passing through today, do not give up.
As long as there is life, there is hope.
10. Be very prayerful.
Pray without ceasing.
Prayer is a catalyst that can speed up your blessings to come to you on time.
11. Be courageous to go for what you want.
Life is all about risk.
If you don't take a risk, you will not get the desires of your heart.

You are not alone.
Iāve had people who were at rock bottom and homeless ask me this question.
Iāve also met millionaires stuck on the same problem. Finding your purpose isnāt something that discriminates. Everyone wants to find it. Itās a human need..... Kenya

HOW TO RESPECT YOURSELF
(1) Stop looking for who is not looking for you.
(2) Stop begging.
(3) Stop saying more than is necessary.
(4) When people disrespect you, confront them immediately.
(5) Don't eat other people's food more than they eat yours.
(6) Reduce how you visit some people, especially if they don't reciprocate it.
(7) Invest in yourself. Make yourself happy.
(8) Stop entertaining gossip about other people.
(9) Think before you talk. 80% of how people value you is what comes out of your mouth.
(10) Always look your best. Dress the way you should be addressed.
(11) Be an achiever. Get busy with your goals.
(12) Respect your time.
(13) Don't stay in a relationship where you don't feel respected and valued. Walk away.
(14) Learn to spend money on yourself. That's how people will learn to spend on you.
(15) Be scarce sometimes.
(16) Be a giver more than a receiver.
(17) Don't go where you are not invited. And when invited don't overstay your welcome.
(18) Treat people exactly the way they deserve.
(19) Except they owe you money, two call attempts is enough. If they value you they will call you back.
(20) Be good at what you do. Be the best.
