Today I turn 44. I’m proud of the woman I have become. I love intentionally. I choose myself with great discernment. I show up like my life depends on it. I thank God for keeping me. I can’t wait to see what the year has in store.

This two day course was on conflict management and resolution. I must say it was very timely considering the challenges we have been going through at the salon. In the near past I reached a turning point where I had to step out of my comfort zone and really look at the business again. I have had to take accountability and take action to continue my vision of providing an environment where women can feel beautiful about themselves and face the world with new confidence. I’m building and healing openly and I thank every soul that has held me up and believed in me.
