One of our favourite things about Twerk Out is getting to hear how each of you experiences it.
There’s something so beautiful about seeing the different ways people describe what happens when they enter this space …what they feel in their bodies, what shifts for them, what they discover about themselves, and sometimes, simply how much fun they have. 🥹
We’re honestly so touched by the way you receive Twerk Out and by the impact this little twerking class seems to have on so many of you. What started as a space to dance has become so much more…a place to let go, connect, feel, laugh, sweat, be seen, and most importantly, be in your body.
And we love that we get to share these moments with you. 💗
