Homemade linen spray Recipe

- 1/4 cup vodka
- 10 drops lavender essential oil
- 5 drops bergamot essential oil
- 5 drops lemon essential oil
- 3 drops pine essential oil
- 1 drop sandalwood essential oil

Instructions:
1. Pour the essential oils and vodka into a 4-ounce spray bottle.
2. Shake well to combine.

You can use this spray on linens, pillows, or as a refreshing room spray. Just make sure to use clear essential oils to avoid staining your linens.

DIY Mouthwash Tips
Always use distilled or boiled cooled water for better freshness and cleanliness.

Shake well before every use, especially recipes containing oils.

Store in a clean airtight bottle or glass jar.
Keep homemade mouthwash refrigerated if it contains fresh ingredients like aloe vera or lemon juice.

Make small batches to keep the mixture fresh.
Use mouthwash after brushing for a cleaner feeling.

Do not swallow the mouthwash.
Essential oils are strong use only a few drops.

If irritation occurs, stop using the recipe and dilute with more water.

Label your bottles with the preparation date.
Natural mouthwashes usually last:
5–7 days refrigerated for fresh ingredient recipes

SEASONAL ALLERGY RELIEF TEA

A calming, aromatic herbal tea to soothe allergy symptoms, reduce inflammation, and support respiratory comfort—ideal during high pollen seasons.

Ingredients

1 tsp dried peppermint
1 tsp dried lemon balm
1 tsp dried nettle (optional, for extra antihistamine support)
1½ cups boiling water
Honey to taste (optional)

Preparation

Put the herbs in a teapot or heatproof cup.
Pour boiling water over the herbs and steep 10–15 minutes.
Strain into a cup and add honey if desired.

Usage

Drink 1–2 cups daily during flare-ups or preventively in high-pollen periods.
Breathe deeply through your nose while sipping for added relief.

Cautions

Avoid peppermint if you have acid reflux.
Do not use lemon balm if you have hypothyroidism without medical guidance.
