HAIR & SKIN Care Tip: The year is almost over but you can start on a journey to healthy hair and skin NOW. I'm reposting this tip since it actually works. . . 🌟 Rice water is a great addition to your skin care and beauty regime. It is full of nutrients so it makes your hair grow super fast & shiny and keeps your skin soft and toned. Also, you can drink a glass everyday when you wake up for health (unfermented). ❤️But does it work? . .
Applying it on my hair 2 times a week made my kinky hair grow 1cm per week and it detangled it and leaving it super shiny & soft... So yes, I'd say it works. 💯 . : .
🌟I recommend fermented rice water as it is more effective and nutritious. 🌟Oh and my rice of choice is basmati/pishori rice. .
