The other day we were sitting and talking with my siblings and remembering and reminiscing about growing up and how our childhood memories were and one consistent factor we had was how our mother was always present in every mile stone in our lives. We laughed at how we used to think that she was too strict on us but realised it all came from a place of love support and never ending love and prayers. We realised we are who we are today because we had one consistent person rooting for us, and always giving us the best however way she could. As a mother now I also realise it's not easy raising kids and trying to ensure that they always have the best. I am greatful to have you in our lives and thanks for constantly being there for all of us and helping us grow each day. I love you mamana Evelyne Omondi Happy Mother's Day

Kisumu City body combat Tour
Welcome to Body combat 75 baby! For those who are wondering what body combat is, it's a mixed martial arts inspired workout that will challenge you and take your fitness to the next level. I am the first official body combat instructor in Kenya and will be doing a free Madaraka day special launch on the 1st of June 2018 from 10 am - 12.30pm at KBfitness254 in South b Southgate shopping center. Come start off your month in style and sample the benefits of doing a body combat class.

The South Fitness Centre would like to invite you to our monthly Boot Camp at Railways Training Institute (RTI) on Saturday 4th of March.
