Art is a powerful therapeutic practice. And that is exactly what Olga Shklyar brings to Moving from Within.
Olga is a renowned artist whose pieces can be found in private collections in the USA, France, Denmark, Israel, Ukraine and Russia. She studied Fine Arts and holds a Masters Degree in Teaching. She taught Academic Painting and Drawing at the Far Eastern State Technical University in Russia. Out of hundreds of artworks in many different styles, Olga has more recently found a predilection within the feminine form. Thus, Olga will be leading you to express your femininity, and work with the archetypes that you may have more resistance to in order to integrate it and embrace it.

Meeting our facilitators (2)

Svetlana Epifanova is a professional dancer and choreographer from Siberia, Russia. Dancing and performing since the age of five, it was clear for her to take dance as a life path. After dancing competitively throughout her childhood and teenage years, she studied Choreography Art at one of the top Culture Universities in Russia and graduated with honors, specialising in Ballet, Jazz, Contemporary dance, Historical dance, Folk dance and Dance Creation. She has competed nationally and internationally as a dancer and as a choreographer, leading groups to win prestigious prizes. She came to Cambodia in 2017 to work for a reputable dance school, and also taught Ballet at the Royal University of Fine Arts in Phnom Penh. She is passionate about Latin dance and has a keen interest in psychology and art. Svetlana has worked for different projects, companies and venues in Phnom Penh, has taught numerous dance workshops and is excited to bring her expertise in dance into Moving from Within, and help you connect to your body with every move.
