CamfinEd is a not-for-profit initiative, established for the purpose of promoting financial literacy by enhancing knowledge and skills needed to improve personal financial management in Cambodia.
Financial literacy is an active process, in which communicating information is only the
beginning: empowering consumers to take action to improve their financial well-being is the
ultimate goal. It is critical for promoting access to finance by creating incentives
and environments that promote desired financial behaviors such as saving, budgeting... (OECD, 2009)
