11 years old boy , 25kg , splenectomy under general anesthesia and Re**us Sheath block.

Most of the people get confused, that work has set and cannot change, obviously yes , the change need to adapt for the good not the habit into current situation’s problem.
Example : i try to work adapt to rehabilitation protocol but my resource doesn’t fit it well so i need to modify it a month later after feedback from the team.

The patient with cardiac disease always be unpredictable, as an anesthesiologist , I always make everything is being prepared.

As an anesthesiologist , I would like to balance the drug and prefer less side effects, Mostly post operative
