n quality of dignity, we have learned varieties of good practices including challenges to People Living with HIV and AIDS, therefore all of our friends desire to fulfill the gaps being encountered by those vulnerable people in Cambodia and the SEA region, that reason bringing us a congregation to initiate an agency named-The Voice of People Living with HIV and AIDS (VPLUS). VPLUS, it is impartiality, non-profit organisation and non-religious focus, working closely cooperation with government, private sectors, and civil society to serve the PL with HIV and AIDS, and the marginalized people living under crisis-affected by manmade and natural disaster in ASEAN region. The Voice of People Living with HIV and AIDS (VPLUS) began informally on June 2013 as a small group of people living with HIV (PLHIV). This group provided a united voice for mutual supporting, empowering, understanding and advising between people living with HIV in Cambodia and was being facilitated on a voluntary basis with temporary non- structure management or administrative support, yet. The main activities are providing : Knowledge and vocational training; short course training related computer technology, English language skills to youth+, PLHIV rights it means concern about People living with HIV in prison or immigration, PLHIV entrepreneurship focus on small business for improving their quality of life in the community based approach, and People living with HIV and AIDS empowerment in active in social development, and humanity involvement in order to ensure equal quality of dignity in the treasure of social capital for prosperous nation.
