I used to believe
love meant staying… no matter how hard it felt.
Staying through confusion,
through silence,
through the moments that slowly broke me.
I told myself—
love is devotion,
love is patience,
love is giving without keeping score.
And maybe it is…
But I’ve learned,
love should not feel like losing yourself.
It should not leave you questioning your worth,
or begging for the bare minimum of care.
So now, I still believe in love—
the kind that holds, understands, and grows…
But I also believe in choosing myself
when love starts to hurt more than it heals.
Because walking away
is not giving up on love—
it’s refusing to give up on me. ❤️

“Freedom Beyond Conditioning “
Different perspectives are often viewed differently by society.
Yet, true wisdom—regardless of its source—invites us to reflect more deeply.
OSHO is one of those voices.
While not accepted by everyone, some of his ideas offer meaningful insights into awareness, freedom, and conscious living.
We grow up learning what is “right,” what is “acceptable,” and what is “expected.”
Over time, these ideas become part of us.
We follow them—not always because we believe in them, but because they have been repeated so often that we no longer question them.
Norms give structure to society.
But without awareness, they can quietly shape how we think and act.
OSHO teaches a simple but powerful truth:
- Not everything we follow is truly ours.
- Awareness is where real freedom begins.
The real question is not whether norms are right or wrong—but whether we are choosing them consciously.
- Do we believe this?
- Or have we simply accepted it?
As educators and parents, this matters even more.
We are not here to raise followers.
We are here to raise thinkers—individuals who can question, understand, and choose with awareness.
Because in the end, freedom is not about breaking norms—it is about no longer being unconsciously controlled by them.

Buddhism does not teach you to stop loving.
It does not ask you to become cold, distant, or detached from life.
What it gently points to is something far more subtle — and far more freeing.
🪷 Love deeply, without clinging.
🪷 Care fully, without chains.
This is where many people get confused.
✨ Love is open.
✨ Attachment is tight.
Love says: “I want you to be happy, even if that happiness doesn’t include me.”
Attachment says: “I need you to stay, or I cannot be okay.”
Love is rooted in abundance.
Attachment is rooted in fear.
🌊 Love flows.
⛓️ Attachment grips.
When love is present, there is trust, space, generosity, and peace.
When attachment takes over, love becomes mixed with control, anxiety, expectation, and suffering.
Buddhist wisdom teaches that suffering arises not because we care —
but because we cling to people, roles, outcomes, and identities as if they are permanent.
🍃 We cling to people as if they will never change.
🍃 We cling to moments as if they can last forever.
🍃 We cling to relationships as if losing them would destroy us.
And when life inevitably changes — as it always does — pain is born.
This does not mean you love less.
It means you love more wisely.
🧘♂️ Love without possession.
🧘♀️ Care without control.
🧘♂️ Presence without fear of loss.
When you release attachment, love actually becomes purer.
It breathes.
It softens.
It heals instead of hurting.
🌱 Freedom is not found by pushing love away.
🌱 Freedom is found by letting love exist without chains.
Love fully.
Hold lightly.
Live without clinging.
That is not detachment from life —
✨ that is intimacy with life, without suffering. ✨
