ខ្ញុំសង្ឃឹមថាពិភពលោកនឹងបានស្តាប់នៅសម្លេងដ៏តិចតួចមួយនេះ​គឺជាសម្លេងដែលឈឺចាប់ពីប្រទេសកម្ពុជាដែលជាប្រទេសកំពុងត្រូវបានប្រទេសថៃរំលោភបំពាន ហើយត្រូវបានថៃលាបពណ៌ថាជាអ្នកចាប់ផ្តើមសង្គ្រាម។

១. ប្រទេសថៃបានប្រាប់ពិភពលោកថាកម្ពុជាគឺជាអ្នកចាប់ផ្តើមផ្ទុះអាវុធមុន ទាំងដែលការពិតគឺខាងថៃទេដែលជាអ្នកចាប់ផ្តើម ហើយមិនត្រឹមតែប៉ុណ្ណោះខាងថៃនេះក៏បានលាបពណ៌កម្ពុជានៅក្នុងប្រទេសរបស់ខ្លួនក៏ដូចជាពិភពលោក នេះគឺជាអំពើដ៏អាក្រក់មួយ ដែលបានធ្វើឲ្យប្រជាជនកម្ពុជាឈឺចាប់យ៉ាងខ្លាំង ដោយសារតែត្រូវបានគេរំលោភបំពាន ហើយត្រូវបានអ្នកធ្វើបាបលាបពណ៌បន្ថែមដោយសារតែគេជាប្រទេសធំជាង មានលុយនិង អំណាចធំជាងនៅលើឆាកអន្តរជាតិ។ ប៉ុន្តែពួកយើងជឿថាការពិតវាមិនស្ថិតនៅលើលុយ និងអំណាចទេវាស្ថិតនៅលើភាពស្មោះត្រង់។ ក្នុងការមើលមនុស្ស ដើម្បីដឹងថាមនុស្សនោះល្អ មិនល្អគឺគេមិនមើលទៅលើសម្តីទេ គឺគេមើលទៅលើទង្វើរដែលមនុស្សនោះបានធ្វើ ចំពោះប្រទេសក៏ដូចគ្នា។

5. ប៉ុន្មានថ្ងៃមុនបន្តិច មានប្រជាជនថៃម្នាក់បានវាយ កងកំលាំងកម្ពុជាហើយរត់បាត់
6. មុនពេលការវាយប្រហារគ្នាចាប់ផ្តើម ប្រទេសថៃបានបណ្តេញទូតកម្ពុជាចេញពីប្រទេស ហើយកោះហៅទូតរបស់ខ្លួនចូលប្រទេសវិញ
ខ្ញុំចង់សួរថាតើទង្វើរទាំងអស់នោះគឺជាអ្វី? នោះឬគឺជាទង្វើរដែលមនុស្សល្អ ឬមនុស្សដែលស្រឡាញ់សន្តិភាពគេធ្វើ? ប្រទេសកម្ពុជាគឺជាប្រទេសចំណាស់ធ្លាប់ឆ្លងកាត់ការលំបាក និងការជិះជាន់មកច្រើនហើយ ពួកយើងគ្រាន់តែចង់បានសន្តិភាពប៉ុណ្ណោះ ពួកយើងជាប្រទេសតូច ប្រជាជនតិច តើធ្វើដូចម្តេចទៅហ៊ានលុកលុយជាមួយថៃដែលជាប្រទេសធំ ប្រជាជនច្រើននោះទៅ?

I hope the world will hear this small voice — a voice of pain from Cambodia, a country currently being violated by Thailand and falsely portrayed by them as the instigator of war.
1. Thailand has told the world that Cambodia was the one who initiated the use of weapons, when in fact, it was Thailand that started the aggression. Not only that, Thailand has also distorted the image of Cambodia both within their own country and on the international stage. This is a grave injustice that has caused deep pain to the Cambodian people, who are being both violated and falsely accused by a more powerful nation — one that has more money and influence globally. But we believe that truth is not determined by wealth or power; it lies in honesty. When judging a person’s character, it’s not about what they say, but about what they do — and the same applies to nations.

Thailand claims to love peace and presents itself as a good country to the world. But let’s look at Thailand’s actual actions:
1. Thai forces crossed over and shot a Cambodian soldier dead.
2. Cambodia invited Thailand to resolve the issue at the ICJ, but Thailand refused.
3. Thailand unilaterally closed the border.
4. Thailand threatened to cut off electricity and internet supplies to Cambodia.
5. Just a few days ago, a Thai citizen attacked Cambodian forces and fled.
6. Before the attacks began, Thailand expelled the Cambodian ambassador and recalled its own diplomat from Cambodia.

I ask — what kind of actions are these? Are these the actions of a good nation, of a nation that truly loves peace? Cambodia is a country with a long history, one that has endured countless hardships and oppression. All we want is peace. We are a small country with a small population. How could we even dare to provoke Thailand, a much larger country with a much greater population?
