THE WAY OF THE SHAMAN 10-20 OCTOBER

The 4 workshops in this workshop series were developed by Dr Michael Harner over 40 years and offer practical, experience-based ways of exploring consciousness, intuition, inner guidance, and your relationship with yourself and the living world, as well as introducing us to compassionate Spirit energies and teaching methods to heal and end suffering.

Many of us sense that there is more to life than ordinary day-to-day awareness. We find ourselves drawn to questions about the nature of reality, the deeper dimensions of consciousness, healing, compassion, purpose, and personal transformation.

Core Shamanism offers a grounded and experiential approach to exploring these questions.

Through a progressive series of workshops, participants learn methods for entering expanded states of awareness, accessing sources of guidance and insight, developing intuition, and engaging in powerful healing practices. Along the way, many people discover a deeper connection with themselves, with nature, and with aspects of reality and consciousness that are often overlooked in modern life.

These workshops are suitable for healing practitioners, people walking a path of inner work and personal evolution, and anyone with a genuine interest in consciousness exploration and the deeper questions of human experience as they tend to begin a process of transformation and purification within the practitioner, supported by the helping Spirits you're learning to work with.They have been life changing for many who've taken them, including myself!

🌀 A transformative session combining conscious breathing and live healing sounds. Through deep, rhythmic breathing, we work with the nervous system and encourage the body to shift into a more relaxed parasympathetic state. This can support relaxation, emotional release, and the natural production of feel-good hormones such as endorphins.

The session is complemented by live sounds and vibrations from didgeridoo, handpan and other instruments, creating a deeply immersive experience for the body and mind.
