Vensure Medical Group was honored to be invited to Thailand Government Pharmaceutical Organisation Export Partner Meeting 2024 in July 2024 and received GPO Star Partner Recognition for being a key stakeholder amongst various ASEAN countries in their export operations in The Sukosol Hotel Bangkok.

Our Managing director Venga Tan had the opportunity to share suggestions such as product traceability (which has already been applied to their ED products) for consumer confidence and also HIV test kits where home testing has begun to gain traction with the regional partners, key executives and GPO Director, Dr. Mingkwan Suphanpong.

Since 2018, Vensure Medical Group has worked hard through a Social Enterprise model to overcome various regulatory and commercial challenges to provide affordable HIV prevention options to Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan and Japan with over 3000 clients served in 6 years and HIV rates visibly declining more than 30-60% across some countries , on track to end HIV by 2030 based on UNAIDS vision

Whilst countries in Singapore are opening up generic PrEP registration and other commercial companies have signed distribution agreements to bring PrEP such as Teno-Em into easy access of Singaporean in clinics and hospital shelves in the near future, the organisation will continue to find ways to serve the community in a meaningful way.

"We knew at some point the expiry of patent of Truvada may mean our service will become obsolete in the fight against HIV through preventive measures, but the undeniable impact in significant decline of yearly HIV infections made possible with the partners across the region have made quiet milestones in history that was all worth it," said Venga Tan, Managing Director and founder of the group which operates Prepsingapore.com , Prepkorea.com and preptaiwan.org.
