NVL-Bio Double Cog threads are not cut, knotted, or molded to create the cogs. Instead, we use mold-cutting techniques —without heating the threads— to create the cogs of NVL_Bio Double Cog threads. This technology minimizes the damage caused to thread surfaces while solidifying the threads. Consequently, the strength of its tensile and anchoring are superior to other thread products.

We use patented technology for face-lifting applications to design our Double Cog threads. Unlike other threads, our products are not cut, knotted, or molded to create the cogs. Unlike other threads whose surfaces are cut or knotted or just mold to create cogs, the cogs of Double heart are created by mold cutting techniques to minimize the damage to the surfaces of the threads with remaining it thin (USP 2-0) therefore, the tensile strength is superior and the patient feels no discomfort from the presence of foreign materials in the face.
