Recipe Wednesday !
It is a holiday Season. I know you all great cooks are working hard to feed yourself and your family healthier! Great work guys!

When I cooked some roasted pork belly, I knew Jeff would ask apple sauce. and actually I like it too.
but I didn't want to use any sugar, even alternate sugar source.

I used fresh squeezed Apple instead! and It taste sooo sweet. you would not believe it.

사과랑 레몬만 넣고 애플소스를 만들었어요. 통삼겹을 저녁으로 먹을때 애플소스가 없으면 안먹는다고 해서...ㅋㅋㅋ 근데 진짜 맛있네요. 얼마전에 설탕없이 주스로만 딸기쩀을 만든 분의 이야기를 듣고 아이디어를 얻어서 ..직접 짜낸 사과주스를 넣고 만들었는데......진짜 산것 처럼 맛있었습니다^_^

Do you like tofu? man, I use to eat it every day!
But we heard that tofu can be bad if you eat a lot especially for women. Yes It can be. but You can safely enjoy this delicious food with your cycle.

Recipe Wednesday!

Fush and chups! anyone?
I Love love oyster in winter and Fried Oyster is even better?
but what about all those trans fat, gluten batter, all that jazz for allergy reaction?
so I whipped up some recipe for "free of those worries".

You can use any type of fish if you don't want oyster. but I could not stop my crave for "fried oyster" so I ordered them and cooked it. and oh lord! 바삭바삭 너무 맛있어~~~"
