Little things become visible that simply disappear when you're looking straight into the mirror.

That's one of my favorite parts of the job.

You see the final result.

I see everything that happened to create it.

But no.
It’s my work. 🤍

Behind this one photo are years of classes, advanced trainings, homework, practice, case studies, presentations, mistakes, learning, refining.. and showing up again.

10 years of lash lift & tint later, this is what experience looks like.

And the best part?

She didn’t just love the result.
She LOVED her lashes.

This is your reminder that mastery doesn’t happen overnight. You build it one lash, one client, one lesson at a time.

The goal isn't to make you look like you have someone else's lashes.

It's to make people look at you and think:

“Something about her looks REALLY good.”

That's the part I love about doing lashes.

Knowing when to add.

Knowing when to leave.

Knowing when one tiny adjustment changes everything.

That's not a filter.
That's experience.

That young, beautiful lady whose ID carried all my credentials was doing her absolute best.

Keeping her so-called “home” built.
Keeping her schedule full.
Keeping herself busy.
Keeping everyone happy.

And then she would go home and cry her heart out all night.

Today, I want to hug her.

Not because I feel sorry for her.
But because I know something she didn’t.

I come from her future.

Ten years later, I’m standing here to tell her:

Thank you.
I love you.
And I’m so proud of you for finally standing up for yourself.

Thank you for letting go of everything.. and I mean EVERYTHING.. you were desperately trying to hold together.

Thank you for choosing to create a new reality instead of endlessly surviving the old one.

Back then, I was a full-time beauty technician and trainer, building LashBrow while trying to hold the rest of my world together.

Today, I know that letting go wasn't losing.

It was the beginning.

And that look?
I let it go too.

Not because it was wrong.

It simply belonged to a version of me that no longer needed to exist.

Sometimes the woman you become is built by the courage of the woman you once were.

So, to that girl..

I see you.
I thank you.
And I love you.

There is something very satisfying about a client who says:

“I trust you. Do what you think suits me.”

That's when I get to stop following a picture and start working with the person sitting in front of me.

And yes.. I already have three ideas in my head. 😂

Your appointment isn't a test of how well you can tell me what to do.

Sometimes the luxury is simply being able to sit back and trust the hands you're in.

“Fck, you’ve done an amazing job, you btch!” 😂

No music.
No script.
Just a client seeing her full set and apparently reaching the highest level of appreciation known to humankind.

And that little shaky reaction at the end?

Yeah.. I think she liked them.

Some days, the energy walks in before the client does.

First time ever doing a lash & brow lamination on her.. and let’s just say, the vibe was less than cooperative.

But attitude aside, the result had ONE thing to say:

LOOK AT ME. 🔥

And apparently, she liked what she saw because she already booked her relift 6 weeks from today.

Proof that even when the energy isn’t giving.. the technique still delivers.

That phone camera can be VERY disrespectful.

Lenses, distance, lighting and angles can change how your eyes, and especially your lashes, appear on screen.

So please don't judge a beautiful lash set from one close-up selfie.

The mirror is seeing you in real life.

And with my mental health background, I’m not about to tap her on the shoulder and tell her she looks like someone else.

But style? Oh, she definitely has her own.

Those feline-flick lashes were the perfect choice not to recreate a look, but to amplify hers.

Because the best beauty work doesn’t make you look like someone else. It makes more of YOU show up.
