🌿 1. Sugar + Honey Scrub 🍯

➡️ Ingredients:
• 1 tbsp sugar
• 1 tbsp honey

➡️ Benefits:
• Dead skin remove කරලා natural smooth glow එකක් දෙනවා
• All skin types වලට මේ scrub එක හොදම හොදයි.

🌿 2. Coffee + Yogurt Scrub ☕

➡️ Ingredients:
• 1 tbsp coffee powder
• 1 tbsp yogurt

➡️ Benefits:
• Skin brighten කරනවා
• Dark spots reduce වෙන්න උදව් වෙනවා

🌿 3. Rice Flour + Milk Scrub 🍚

• 1 tbsp rice flour

• 1 tbsp oats (crushed)
• 1 tbsp honey

🤔How to use:
• සතියකට 2 සරයක් වගේ use කරන්න
• Face එකට apply කරලා soft massage එකක් දෙන්න (2–3 mins)
• මද උණුසුම් ජලයෙන් සෝදා හරින්න

Scrub use කරනකොට hard විදියට scrub කරන්න එපා. එහෙම කලොත් skin damage වෙන්න පුළුවන්!

Use කරන්න කලින් අතේ ගාලා ටික වෙලාවක් තියලා ඔයාට ඇලජි තියනවද කියලා test කරන්න. එහෙම test කරන්නෙ නැතුව එකවරම මූනට use කරන්න එපා.

Acne / pimples තියෙන අය face scrub use කරන්න එපා. (especially active pimples)
