DIRECTIONS:
Take one portion per day (10g of product mixed with 200ml of water or your favourite drink such as juice or post-workout shake). Scoop included. DO NOT MIX THIS PRODUCT WITH HOT DRINKS (such as tea/coffee) as the hot temperature will destroy vitamin C.

RECOMMENDATION: add ¼ drinking water into your glass, add 1 portion of WEIDER Collagen, stir it well and wait 5 minutes until it is fully dissolved. Add ¾ your favourite cold drink (cold tea/coffee, juice, wellness shot, yoghurt, smoothie).
