Our beautiful boy, Thishel Dulnitha, is running out of time. He has been diagnosed with Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA) Type 2 - a rare genetic disease that destroys the motor neurons responsible for movement, breathing, and life.

Right now, Thishel cannot stand or walk. Without immediate treatment, his condition will continue to deteriorate progressively.
