CIC Champions Triumph at the 30th Thailand Masters International Athletics

We are incredibly proud to announce the outstanding success of our team at the 30th Thailand Masters International Athletics Championship, held in Ratchaburi from March 4th to 8th, 2026.

Competing against elite master athletes from across the region, our six-member contingent demonstrated exceptional skill, stamina, and sportsmanship. Their hard work and dedication culminated in a phenomenal haul of 17 medals, bringing immense pride to the CIC family.

CIC Holdings PLC, in collaboration with Post Graduate Institute of Management (PIM), University of Sri Jayewardenepura successfully concluded another batch of Strategic Leadership Development Program (SLDP) for our senior leadership team.

The program, aimed at enhancing strategic thinking, leadership skills, and organizational effectiveness, concluded with final presentations at the Galle Face Hotel, where participants demonstrated their insights and innovative strategies.

CIC Holdings PLC, in collaboration with the Postgraduate Institute of Management (PIM), implemented the Strategic Leadership Development Program (SLDP), featuring an International Exposure Program for the Agri Cluster Team, in partnership with Kasetsart University, Thailand.

This initiative was designed to strengthen leadership capabilities and strategic competencies across the agricultural value chain, with a strong emphasis on innovation, sustainability, and value creation from production to market.

Through structured academic sessions, industry exposure, and cross-cultural learning, participants gained global perspectives and practical insights to drive business excellence and long-term organizational growth within the Agri sector.
