As many of you know, we’ve consolidated into our Santa Fe studio. One home base. It’s meant fewer appointment slots overall, which means every single one matters more than ever.

That’s why confirming your appointment isn’t just a formality anymore — it’s what lets us actually run efficiently for everyone on the schedule. A few things are changing, starting now:

📍 Confirm within 48 hours of your visit (unconfirmed by the 24-hour mark, your slot may be released to another patient)
📍 No-shows and same-day cancellations carry a $50 fee on the second occurrence
📍 Rescheduled after a late cancellation? You’ll be booked two weeks out

Life happens, and documented emergencies are always handled with grace. This is simply about protecting the limited time we have. For you, and for every patient waiting for a Friday appointment.
