FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

The Vanguard Student Unification Party (SUP-STUDA) wishes to express its serious concern regarding statements made by the President of B**g County University (BCU ), President Alfreson W. Taikarweya, during a callers segment on Super B**gee radio this afternoon.

As a political institution committed to democracy, accountability, transparency, and the protection of students' rights, SUP-STUDA believes that every student leader and political actor on the campus of B**g County University has the constitutional and democratic right to express opinions, raise concerns, and advocate for the interests of the student body without fear of intimidation or harassment.

We therefore call on President Alfreson Taikarweya to refrain from any statements or actions that may be perceived as attempts to intimidate members and leaders of our political institution. Political disagreements should be addressed through dialogue, mutual respect, and adherence to the rules governing our university community.

SUP-STUDA remains committed to defending the principles contained in the Student Handbook and the Election Guidelines of B**g County University. These documents serve as the foundation for fairness, justice, and equal treatment on our campus. We strongly believe that all stakeholders, including student leaders and university authorities, must respect and uphold these regulations without exception.

We wish to make it clear that any effort to silence, intimidate, or unfairly target members of our political institution will only strengthen our resolve to continue advocating for the interests of the students of B**g County University. We will utilize all peaceful, democratic, and lawful avenues available to ensure that justice, fairness, and the rule of law prevail on our campus.

PRESS STATEMENT
Subject: We Will Not Compromise the Laws

The SUP-STUDA leadership of B**g County University BCU addresses the public, the Election Commission, and the entire student body regarding the handling of our complaint against SPC.

We call on the Election Commission of BCU to handle our complaint professionally and legally, strictly in line with the Students’ Handbook and the Election Guidelines. SUP-STUDA will not accept any process, decision, or action that deviates from the Handbook and the established election guidelines. The law is the standard, and we will not compromise it.

SUP-STUDA are serious-minded stakeholders on the BCU campus. We believe in doing the right thing, the lawful thing. Any attempt to go against any of our election laws will be rejected. University politics is a practice ground for national politics. If we cannot uphold rules, fairness, and due process here, we cannot expect it in national leadership. We must start practicing now what we expect in national politics.

To all members of SUP-STUDA: remain calm, kind, and patient throughout this process. Trust the rules we defend. Our opponent candidate is unqualified based on the Students’ Handbook and the Election Guidelines. The facts and the law are on our side. We have already defeated them by those standards, so there is no need to worry.

URGENT MOBILIZATION NOTICE - SUP-STUDA BCU

To: All Members of SUP-STUDA-BCU, Friends & Mentees of Chairman Hanson Belekabo

Comrades and Patriots,

Let this serve as official notice for total mobilization.

All members of SUP-STUDA-BCU are instructed to assemble on the campus of Gboveh High School tomorrow by 9:30 AM latest. We will gather there to await the arrival of our powerful Chairman, Cde. Hanson Belekabo of SUP-BCU, and other distinguished members of our party.

As you all are aware, Chairman Hanson and other comrades have been out of the country for almost a year, pursuing advanced studies in Israel. By the grace of God, they have returned safely to Liberia, and specifically to Gbarnga City, B**g County.

Tomorrow marks their first visit to the BCU campus since returning from the Middle East. This is a historic moment for our organization and for the student movement at large.

Come, let us troop out in numbers. Come, let us line the gates. Come, let us show the discipline, love, and respect that SUP-STUDA-BCU is known for. Let us give Chairman Hanson and the delegation the heroic welcome they deserve for their sacrifice and service.

You came on time. We were watching the road, and the moment we heard the news, all is on coast. Nothing missing, nothing out of place. The family is gathered, the ground is prepared, and everything is set just as it should be.

We are very happy to see you again. The entire BCU-SUP members are very happy to see you home and they all say welcome back on base powerful chairman Hanson Belekabol. Your presence alone brings a different energy to BCU. The halls feel fuller, the conversations feel stronger, and the vision feels clearer. It’s good to have our chairman back where he belongs, among his people.

We pray that you bring more innovation to our beloved BCU, formerly known as BCTC. We’ve been holding the fort, keeping the flame burning, but we know your ideas will take us to the next level. New thinking, new projects, new opportunities for every student and staff who calls this place back home. We’re ready to follow, to build, and to make BCU stand taller than ever.

OFFICIAL NOTICE FROM VANGUARD UNIFICATION STUDENTS PARTY (SUP) - BCU

The Vanguard Unification Students Party (SUP) wishes to inform the general public and the student body of B**g County University (BCU), especially members of the party and those interested in joining, of the following:

1. SUSPENSION OF HOMECOMING & ANNOUNCEMENT OF PARTY RETREAT
SUP hereby suspends its planned homecoming activities. In its place, the party announces a One-Day Party Retreat scheduled for Friday, May 29, 2026 in Gbarnga City, B**g County.

2. RETREAT FEES & DEADLINE.
All executive members are required to pay $10 USD and general members $5 USD as retreat contribution. Payments will run from now until May 23, 2026, which is the final deadline for payment.

3. MEMBERSHIP FORM
SUP informs the public that membership forms are now available on campus for all those interested in joining the party. Please contact the party leadership to obtain your form.

4. CALL FOR ASPIRANTS
SUP calls on all senior students of the party who have interest in contesting for the position of Party Standard Bearer and other leadership positions to submit their letter of intent/communication to the Chief Administrator of SUP-BCU, Chris Sargbah. Submissions are open from now until May 29, 2026.

Note: Any non-member who has interest in any position or wishes to contest as Standard Bearer must meet with the Chief Administrator, Chris Sargbah, with immediate effect.

Lastly, SUP-BCU encourages all members to remain patient and committed to the party as we move forward in making our institution better.
