🚨🚨🚨BOOKING POLICY🚨🚨🚨

APPOINTMENT FIRST: People who booked a time get priority and are served first.

WALK-INS: If you don't have an appointment, you can still come in but you might have to wait until an open slot becomes available.

● Bookings are made a 24hrs/days/weeks before an appointment with an inspiration picture so that you come the salon knowing your BILL.

● Include all services needed while booking, so an appropriate amount of time will be allocated to you.

● R100 non-refundable fee secures your appointment.

● All payments are done by Eco-Cash, M-Pesa or E-Wallet to avoid going around looking for change.

● We have 20min grace time fir you to show up on your appointment. If you're 20min late, you'll be charged R50 as a late fee. 30min late = CANCELATION(No refund)

● Cancelation or Rescheduling must be done 24hrs in advance. Same day cancelation= deposit forfeit

● No visitors allowed unless approved by us. No babies allowed in the salon.
