That day, I didn’t just feel happy…

Mano kelias prasidėjo šią vasarą… 🌿

Šiuo metu mano rezultatas — –19 kg. Kai tiek numeti svorio, supranti: svarbu ne tik numesti svorio, bet ir sutvirtinti kūną, padaryti jį stiprų ir gražų.

Jau lyginai mėnuo, kai sportuoju su , ir labai džiaugiuosi matydama, kaip po truputį keičiasi mano kūnas. Ir tai tik pradžia.

Svarbiausia — tikiu savimi ir žinau, kad nepasiduosiu.

Be to, netrukus teks apsirengti svajonių suknele… ✨
Būsiu joje graži ir pasitikinti savimi.

Ir šiuo man padeda — trenerė, kuri ne tik veda treniruotes, bet ir tikrai žino, kaip dirbti su kūnu, kad nepakenktų sveikatai, o tik pagerintų ją. 💛

My journey started this summer… 🌿

As of today, my result is –19 kg. And when you lose this much weight, you realize it’s important not just to lose it, but also to tone your body, make it strong and beautiful.

I’ve been training with for exactly one month, and I’m so happy to see how my body is gradually changing. And this is just the beginning.

Most importantly — I believe in myself and I know I won’t give up.

Soon, I’ll be wearing the dress of my dreams… ✨
And I’ll feel beautiful and confident in it.

And helps me with this — a coach who doesn’t just lead workouts, but truly knows how to work with the body safely, improving health instead of harming it. 💛
