· avoids cantilever;
· delivers a strong cortical anchorage and allows immediat loading;
· gives a posterior anchorage to the Zygomatic implants;
· may avoiding sinus lift;
In this case a lady of 47 lost her bridge on the right side.
Treatment plan was: extraction, implantation and loading after 10 days with a metal ceramic bridge.
These implants world wide unique delivered by Trate AG, are surface treated, the head is a multi unit anodized with an external connection and in titan Grade 23!
In this case a sinuslift was avoided.
