The traditional process of making argan oil involves several steps. First, the fruit is harvested and dried in the sun. Then, the pulp is removed to extract the nuts, which are cracked open by hand to access the kernels. These kernels are roasted (for culinary oil) and ground into a paste, which is then pressed to release the oil.
