Introduction: What is a Housing Disrepair Claim?
A housing disrepair claim is a legal process where tenants report issues in their homes—such as damp, mould, leaks, or unsafe conditions—that their landlord has failed to fix.
Through this process, tenants can:
* Have all necessary repairs completed at no cost
* Potentially receive compensation for inconvenience or health impact
This is a genuine support service aimed at improving living conditions—not a product sale.

The Role (Simple & Straightforward)
As part of our team, your role will involve:
* Making outbound calls to tenants across the UK
* Identifying whether they are experiencing unresolved housing issues
* Checking eligibility for a housing disrepair claim
* Collecting evidence (photos/videos) via WhatsApp or email

Our Requirements
We are looking for individuals who are:
* Fluent in English
* Experienced in sales (minimum 1 year preferred)
* Confident, motivated, and target-driven
* Eager to earn beyond a basic salary
* Committed to performance and personal growth
