I often am asked about the name of our brand. It is named after my grandmother Mira, who had a talented 'hand'. She was a talented chef, often was asked to cook for the elite and royalty in the city, a talented storyteller and a fabulous mixologist of herbs, spices, oils, perfumes and soaps for her hammam treatment. This is me with her in our old small flat in Rabat, Morocco in 1975/76.
