More to prove that reducing microbes number and exposure is not a good way forward. Contrary to what we believed the exchange of microbes caused by increased travel may be a good way to keep them in check. Exposure to microbes in isolation can be problematic, but all the research points to diversity always being an asset, as even problematic microbes will behave differently in a diverse environment. Avoid reducing microbe exposure by using antibacterial soaps and cleaning liquids AND avoid exposure to single strains of microbes.... that includes foods that only contain yeast.
Why air travel makes deadly disease pandemics less likely Air travel may actually be reducing the risk of a deadly pandemic. This is because its harder for new microbes to stay isolated and become incredibly lethal

Interesting study sheds light on how cannabinoids reduce pain by increasing pain threshold, and thus also changing the negative feelings associated with the pain. I believe this may open a number of other research directions, esp in patients seemingly unable to escape negative emotions.
