FairDeal successfully conducted its Annual Budget Meeting for FY 2026–27 at our Yangon Head Office. This annual leadership forum brought together management and key teams to review FY 2025–26 performance, align on strategic priorities, and set a clear direction for the year ahead. While the past year delivered solid progress, including growth across key markets, it also highlighted areas requiring sharper ex*****on—setting the tone for a more focused and disciplined FY 2026–27.

Key discussions centered on:
• Strengthening compliance and operational continuity across all markets
• Driving sustainable growth in Myanmar, Cambodia, and Laos
• Enhancing cross-functional collaboration and ex*****on discipline
• Setting clear, accountable targets for the year ahead

A key moment of the session was the signing of the FY 2026–27 Theme Wall, reflecting collective ownership and commitment to deliver on our priorities.
The day concluded with an evening gathering, providing an opportunity for teams to connect after a productive session.

FairDeal ၏ ဘဏ္ဍာနှစ် ၂၀၂၆-၂၇ အတွက် နှစ်ပတ်လည် ဘတ်ဂျက်အစည်းအဝေးကို ရန်ကုန်ရုံးချုပ်၌ အောင်မြင်စွာ ကျင်းပပြီးစီးခဲ့ပါသည်။
ဤနှစ်ပတ်လည်ဦးဆောင်မှုကဏ္ဍတွင် စီမံခန့်ခွဲမှုအဖွဲ့နှင့် အဓိကတာဝန်ရှိသူများ စုံညီစွာတက်ရောက်ခဲ့ကြပြီး၊ ၂၀၂၅-၂၆ ဘဏ္ဍာနှစ်၏ လုပ်ငန်းဆောင်ရွက်ချက်များကို ပြန်လည်သုံးသပ်ခြင်း၊ ရှေ့လုပ်ငန်းစဉ်များကို မဟာဗျူဟာမြောက် ညှိနှိုင်းဆွေးနွေးခြင်းနှင့် လာမည့်နှစ်အတွက် ရှင်းလင်းသော ဦးတည်ချက်များကို ချမှတ်ခဲ့ကြပါသည်။ ပြီးခဲ့သောနှစ်အတွင်း အဓိကစျေးကွက်များ၌ တိုးတက်မှုများ ရရှိခဲ့ကာ ပိုမိုကောင်းမွန်သော လုပ်ငန်းအကောင်အထည်ဖော်မှု လိုအပ်သည့် အချက်များကိုလည်း ဖော်ထုတ်နိုင်ခဲ့ပါသည်။ ထို့ကြောင့် ၂၀၂၆-၂၇ ဘဏ္ဍာနှစ်ကို ပိုမိုစနစ်ကျပြီး အာရုံစိုက်မှုအပြည့်ရှိသော နှစ်တစ်နှစ်ဖြစ်စေရန် ရည်မှန်းထားပါသည်။

အဓိကဆွေးနွေးခဲ့သည့် အချက်များမှာ
• စျေးကွက်အားလုံးတွင် စည်းမျဉ်းလိုက်နာမှု (Compliance) နှင့် လုပ်ငန်းစဉ်များ စဉ်ဆက်မပြတ် လည်ပတ်နိုင်မှု (Operational Continuity) ကို မြှင့်တင်ရန်။
• မြန်မာ၊ ကမ္ဘောဒီးယားနှင့် လာအိုနိုင်ငံတို့တွင် ရေရှည်တည်တံ့သော တိုးတက်မှုများ ဖော်ဆောင်ရန်။
• ဌာနအချင်းချင်း ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှုနှင့် စနစ်ကျသော လုပ်ငန်းအကောင်အထည်ဖော်မှုများကို အားကောင်းစေရန်။
• လာမည့်နှစ်အတွက် တာဝန်ယူမှု၊ တာဝန်ခံမှုရှိသော ရည်မှန်းချက်ပန်းတိုင်များ ချမှတ်ရန်။

အစည်းအဝေး၏ ထူးခြားသော အစီအစဉ်တစ်ခုအနေဖြင့် FY 2026–27 Theme Wall ပေါ်တွင် အမှတ်တရ လက်မှတ်ရေးထိုးခဲ့ကြပြီး၊ ၎င်းသည် ချမှတ်ထားသော ဦးစားပေးလုပ်ငန်းစဉ်များကို အောင်မြင်အောင် အတူတကွ ဖော်ဆောင်ကြမည့် ကျွန်ုပ်တို့၏ ကတိကဝတ်ကို ထင်ဟပ်စေပါသည်။

တစ်နေ့တာလုံး အောင်မြင်စွာ ဆွေးနွေးပြီးနောက်မှာတော့ ဝန်ထမ်းအချင်းချင်း ပိုမိုရင်းနှီးမှုရရှိစေမယ့် ညနေစာစားပွဲဖြင့် အခမ်းအနားကို ပျော်ရွှင်စွာ ရုပ်သိမ်းခဲ့ပါသည်။

In the spirit of compassion during the blessed month of Ramadan, FairDeal Co., Ltd. continues its commitment to supporting meaningful community initiatives.
On 4 March 2026, U Javed Lujee, Managing Director of FairDeal Co., Ltd., together with U Aamir Lujee, Executive Director, presented a donation of MMK 250 million to Muslim Free Hospital, Yangon, in support of its mission to provide medical care to those in need. The donation was received at the FairDeal office by U Moosa Ahmed Madha, President, U Saleh Madha, Vice President, and U Talha Esaa Seedat, representing Muslim Free Hospital.
Established in 1937, Muslim Free Hospital has long been a pillar of humanitarian healthcare in Myanmar, providing essential services to patients from all communities.
At FairDeal, we believe businesses have a responsibility to contribute positively to the communities they serve. Through our Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives, we remain committed to supporting organizations that create meaningful social impact.
We hope this contribution during the holy month of Ramadan will help support the hospital’s continued service to the community.

Celebrating International Women’s Day at FairDeal Co., Ltd 🎊
On 9 March, FairDeal Co., Ltd. celebrated International Women’s Day with our team under the theme “Give to Gain.”
The event began with an interactive knowledge sharing session where our female Heads of Departments shared their experiences and insights on leadership, career development, and personal growth with colleagues across different departments.
The celebration continued with the “Inspire & Lead” team competition, where participants presented their ideas on leadership and teamwork, encouraging creativity, collaboration, and confidence. Outstanding teams and individuals were recognized during the Meaningful Recognition Awards and competition award session.
As part of the event, we also shared our CSR initiative, reflecting FairDeal’s continued commitment to contributing positively to the community.
