မန္က်ည္းရြက္ဟာ အညာသူ အညာသားေတြအတြက္ စားၿမိန္ဖြယ္ဟင္းတစ္ခြက္ကို ရရိွေစ႐ံုမက က်န္းမာေရးကိုပါ အေထာက္အကူေပးပါတယ္။

မန္က်ည္းရြက္ရဲ႕ က်န္းမာေရးအက်ိဳးေက်းဇူးအခ်ိဳ႕ကေတာ့ -

- အရြက္ႀကိတ္ညႇစ္ရည္ကို နံနက္ ည ဇြန္ႀကီးတစ္ဇြန္းက် ေသာက္ရင္ ဆီးပူ ေပ်ာက္ကင္းတယ္။

- အပူလြန္ယားယံျခင္းအတြက္ မန္က်ည္းရြက္ႀကိတ္ညႇစ္ရည္ကို လိမ္းေပးႏိုင္တယ္။

- မန္က်ည္းရြက္ညႇစ္ရည္ တစ္ဆ၊ သိေႏၶာဆား ႏွစ္ဆ ေရာေသာက္ရင္ ေျမြဆိပ္ ေျပေစတယ္။

- မန္က်ည္းရြက္ႏွင့္ ကလိန္ေစ့ ေရာစားရင္ ေခၽြးထြက္လြန္တာ၊ ေခၽြးနံ႔မေကာင္းတာ ေပ်ာက္တယ္။
