MEET 1 OF THE CREATIVE MINDS BEHIND SUN-A'LAKA.

bekZ - 21 years of age

Holds a Diploma in Art & Design. Currently studying at MCAST Art & Design where in the coming months she will complete her studies in Extended Diploma in Design and crafts.

For the past 6 years, bekZ managed to succeed in widening her knowledge and skills when it comes to giving birth to creative creations.

During these years she has adopted different trade skills that have enabled her to be diverse in her productions in various areas. In order to support her studies bekZ has exposed her self to different working methods and machineries, which ultimately she has applied to complete her past presentations. She loves working with textiles .. especially with felt !

bekZ is also currently working at Diar il- Bniet as an Artisan,

She is very passionate about music. bekZ claims to be inspired by several Artists; Janis Joplin, The Temptations, Bob Marley, Amy Winehouse, The Beatles, Stillwater and many more. Singing is nothing less than being creative for bekZ as she loves to let her voice lose to some beats.

She believes that art is an inner state and comes from deep within our soul.bekZ claims that design is what the hands desire and her spirit she is the one to please !
