📅 Booking & Deposit Policy 📅

* Booking Options: Appointments can be made online, by phone, or via text.
* Deposit Requirement: A deposit is required on the same day to confirm your booking. If online payment is not available, please pay at the salon. Failure to pay will result in automatic cancellation.
* Non-Refundable Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances, including:
* Client cancellations or rescheduling
* No-shows or same-day cancellations
* Therapist cancellations due to illness or emergencies
* Salon closures due to events beyond our control
* Transfers: If a therapist cancels, your deposit will be transferred to a rebooked appointment; no refunds will be issued.
* Cancellation Notice: At least 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment incur a 50% charge of the service booked. No-shows and same-day cancellations will be charged the full service amount.
* Rescheduling: All rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the original appointment; failure to do so will result in the application of the cancellation fee.

By booking and paying a deposit, you acknowledge and accept this policy in full. Thank you for your understanding!

Hydrolé Oranger — my evening tonic ritual 🍊🌙

Hydrolé Oranger is a French-style orange‑leaf hydrolate I adore. Why? Because it’s 100% natural: alcohol‑free, preservative‑free, and made from plant extracts (bitter orange, verbena, mallow, field violet, and more) that soothe, soften and refresh the skin.

How I use it:
• After removing makeup — it’s a gentle second cleanse and prep step.
• It moisturizes and refreshes after a long day.
