The company only services and sells directly to Beauty Therapist and Spas; however the consumer can still place an order of a desired retail product and then collect it from one of the salons in the area. Great attention to detail is given to the extensive and exclusive range of brands selected for our Beauty Therapsit client database. This to ensure that we can provide for every available treatment in our Clients’ salons. Our company excels and is well-known for its after sales service. We provide that added value so important for our Clients, through the support of our full-time trainers sales reps, who prepares the customers on our products and answers all their clients’ queries as and when necessary. Customer care is of prime importance, not only in serving customers at our well-manned reception, but also through the efficient regular delivery system to Malta and Gozo. Investment in excellent promotions on television and other media create the necessary customer awareness, on the different brands. The International School of Beauty Therapy was one of the company’s diversifications in business over fiteen years ago. The International School of Hairdressing was added to the group five years ago. Both schools prepare students to sit for internationally accredited examinations and their successs is evidenced by the excellent results obtained by past students and the ability of students to integrate in the hair and beauty industry, where they occupy various important positions both in Malta and Gozo.
