I would like to sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused by the ongoing power outage.

Unfortunately, yesterday I was forced to cancel all appointments for the entire day, and as of today, I am still without electricity. This situation is completely beyond my control.

Today, I am doing everything I can to continue serving my clients, but due to the extreme heat inside the salon, your appointment may be affected until power is restored.

I truly appreciate your patience, understanding, and continued support during this difficult time. I hope the electricity will be restored as soon as possible so I can continue providing the service and comfort you deserve.
