This is me looking for my patience.

It is very sad and disappointing that almost every year I feel the need to post something like this.

Your appointment is booked especially for you, it is not an indication of whether you’ll show up or not. It doesn’t depend on the sun, mood nor the direction of the wind. When you cancel last minute an appointment or simply not show up that time was still reserved for you.

How would you feel if your boss didn’t pay you for those hours you were sitting there waiting? Exactly.

This is the reason why we have the cancellation policy in place.

I believe I say this on behalf of all professionals. Respect goes both ways and it shouldn’t have to be something we constantly need to draw awareness to.

And to all the lovely people who respect appointments, give notice and don’t need reminders like this, you know who you are! You are the reason my patience occasionally survives! 💚
