It resulted through market research that salon owners were frustrated with their suppliers because their approach was strictly sell, sell and very little interest was shown in developing the skills of the hair stylists. Like any other artists, a hair stylist needs to be kept up-to-date with the fashion world as well as new techniques that keep evolving. We were determined to change this and not become just another product company; we would educate to grow.
