When should I use sunblock? ☀️
Sunblock should be part of our daily routine all year round even in winter.
It’s important to use it every day because UV rays are still present and can pe*****te the skin, even when it’s not sunny.

What causes pigmentation?
One of the biggest factors we have here in Malta is definitely the sun. Two other factors that contribute to pigmentation are hormones and heat. These create a form of inflammation in the skin, which stimulates more melanin.
Melanin is what gives our skin its colour, and because of this stimulation, the spot continues to increase and become darker.
