📢 Notice: Jonathan’s Time Away from the Salon

Just a quick heads-up for all my amazing clients — I’ll be away from the salon from Monday, August 25th till Monday, September 1st, and back at work on Tuesday, September 2nd.

The salon will still be open during this time! You’ll be in great hands with Mario and Daniel, who will be available for appointments while I’m away.

If you’d like to book in with me before I go or secure a spot for when I return, I recommend booking early as my schedule fills up fast.

Salon Update!

As we approach our 37th anniversary in business, I’m filled with gratitude for the incredible journey we’ve shared together. This year also marks my personal milestone of 30 years in the industry, and I couldn’t have done it without your unwavering support.

I want to take a moment to address a topic that’s close to my heart: our commitment to providing top-notch service in a timely manner. With our salon bustling with activity, it’s important to ensure that each client receives the attention they deserve.

I am dedicated to serving both men and women with professionalism and care, but some services require more time and dedication than others. To ensure fairness and efficiency, we’ve implemented time restrictions for certain clients who require a more considerate amount of time.

This isn’t about favoritism or ego—it’s about maintaining the high standards we’ve set for ourselves. I understand that waiting can be frustrating, and for that, I sincerely apologize. This frustration has taken a toll on me, leading to increased anxiety.

We’re working diligently, with hours extending from 11 to 12 daily, to accommodate everyone’s needs. Unfortunately, this dedication has led to the loss of some clients who couldn’t wait. I want to express my heartfelt apologies to those clients we’ve lost due to our busy schedule.

While I understand some situations completely, I must acknowledge that for others, ego may have played a role. Regardless, please know that each client is valued, and decisions are made with everyone’s best interests in mind.

Your understanding and continued support mean the world to us. Thank you for being part of our salon family. Here’s to many more years of beauty, style, and cherished memories!
