I believe that everyone is beautiful in their own way, with make up you don't change yourself but you enhance your beauty. When you built confidence within yourself other around you start seeing different things in you & believe in you more.
Motivation. Discipline. Consistency.
Motivation is the feeling that makes you WANT to do it.
But motivation comes and goes.
Discipline is doing it even when you don’t feel like it.
And consistency is doing it again… and again… and again.
Today, I wasn’t motivated.
I could have skipped the gym.
I could have told myself, “I’ll do it tomorrow.”
But discipline reminded me why I started.
And consistency is what will get me where I want to be.
You don’t need to be motivated every day.
You just need to keep showing up. 🤍
One day, you’ll look back and realise that the days you didn’t feel like doing it were the days that changed you the most.
