Every appointment at Pin & Grip is carefully reserved especially for you.

To secure your booking, a deposit is required and will be deducted from your final service.

We kindly request 48 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling. Appointments changed with less notice, or missed appointments, will forfeit the deposit.

A gentle reminder regarding blow-dries during the summer months:
If you do not intend to have your hair blow-dried, please do not book a blow-dry appointment. Last-minute cancellations on the day may incur a fee. We kindly ask that you inform us in advance so that we can offer the appointment slot to another client.

Over the past year, I’ve been expanding my knowledge in Trichology, studying the science behind the hair, scalp, and the human body.
Proud to share that I have successfully passed my first-year Trichology exams!
One step closer to becoming a Qualified Trichologist, allowing me to offer even greater knowledge and support to my clients.
